The Mount Vernon Inn Restaurant is located in Northern Virginia, at George Washington's Mount Vernon. We are 15 miles south of Washington, D.C., and 8 miles south of Alexandria, Virginia.
We can accommodate large and small events, including:

Our rates are customizable to fit the size and needs of your wedding. We provide all food and beverage service onsite.
Package prices are per person. Discounts for military members are available.
The cost of your event is made up of a rental fee, catering costs, bar service costs, a 22% service fee, and 6% VA sales tax.:

Say “I do” in our sunken garden, which is surrounded by an outdoor courtyard that accommodates up to 160 guests.
The ceremony tent provides an elegant setting and protects you and your guests from the elements in case of unfavorable weather.
The Sunken Garden may be rented with an event in the Verandah Room or with the entire restaurant.
Wedding Receptions
Our dining rooms feature colonial-inspired décor and images of the historic Mount Vernon estate. Couples can reserve the entire restaurant or individual dining rooms.
Wedding packages include a champagne toast, a four-hour open bar, and a two-course gourmet dinner.
